We often get requests from
homeowners to waive charges to their account...
These charges may be late fees,
collections costs, or CC&R violation fines. Renaissance does NOT have the authority to waive any charges applied
to your account. Only the Board of Directors has that ability.
Your Board will usually meet in
"Executive Session" in conjunction with most regularly scheduled
board meetings. During those meetings, not open to the public
(as provided in ARS 33-1804), the board will consider your
request.
If you are making changes to how your home is
viewed from the street, you must submit an architectural change request to the HOA.
Please click to view the form and print it.
Then attach a drawing and information the committee needs to make in
order to
provide an approval and send it to Renaissance Community Partners.
A newly revised Arizona Law (A.R.S.
33-1803) requires that any complaint related to a violation lodged
with the Association will NOT remain anonymous.
Because of this new law, we now must track
when a neighbor complains about his/her neighbor. The form provided
is to facilitate that tracking. We are sorry if it seems difficult,
but it is the law.
