Welcome to Coronado Ranch Community Association

We are located northeast of the intersection of Higley Road and Queen Creek Road. We are a beautiful community with 998 homes. We are a family community with over 32 acres of parks, basketball and volleyball courts, tot play areas, and nearby schools.

Basketball Court Resurfacing

Please place your bulk trash items at the curb the weekend prior to your scheduled collection week.

For example for January, bulk trash should be placed out

January 3, 2010.

Coronado Ranch has next business day paint color approval if you select the exact pre-approved color combinations.

If you live adjacent to an abandoned home, send the property address and your contact information to: vacant@rcplimited.com 

You'll help preserve property values and direct the management company to those properties that are in need of yard maintenance.
